Me and My Future Husband Prayer 11: Irritability

Hi Friends! 

This is Day 11 of the Me and My Future Husband Prayer Series.

Heavenly Father,

Please don’t let me and my future husband be irritable. Please let us refrain from being mean, rude, or disrespectful to anyone. Let us always be kind, compassionate, and loving to ourselves and all people. Please help us to be slow to react. Please help us to always respond with gentleness and patience instead of anger. Let our minds and actions be calm. Don’t let us get frustrated. Let us be peace makers. Please grant us peace in moments of frustration. Anchor us in your presence. When we feel angry, please help us pause before responding. Please don’t let us make hurtful comments or choices. 

Let us be slow to speak, quick to hear, and slow to anger. When we feel angry or upset with what’s happening around us or to us, please give us peace and allow us to respond in a godly way. 

In the name of Jesus I pray,
