Me and My Future Husband Prayer 17: Fear of the Lord

Hi Friends! 

This is Day 17 of the Me and My Future Husband Prayer Series.

Heavenly Father, 

Please help me and my future husband to fear you. Give us both the fear of the Lord. Let us reverence you and your holiness. Let us love you with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength. Please fill us with awe and reverence for you. Let us obey you and trust you with all of our hearts. Don't let us lean on our own understanding. Let us honor you in all that we say and do. Let the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord rest on us. Let us both hold you in the highest esteem and never disrespect or disobey you. Please forgive us if we have done so in the past. We repent. Let your Holy Spirit work in our lives. Fill us with a loving and holy fear of you. Let us recognize you as sovereign and submit and surrender to you in all things. Let us fear you and keep your commandments. Please teach us the fear of the Lord. Let us hate evil. Give us knowledge of you as the Holy One. Let us tremble at your Word. I repent of my sins. Please let my future husband repent of his sins as well. Let us serve You with reverence and godly fear. Let us fear you, walk in your ways, and love you. Let us always stand in awe of you. Let us have humility before you. Thank you for your presence in our lives. We love you.
