Me and My Future Husband Prayer 20: Money

Hi Friends! 

This is Day 20 of the Me and My Future Husband Prayer Series.

Heavenly Father, 

Please bless me and my future husband be good stewards of the money and finances that you bless us with. Let us always tithe properly to you. Don’t let us love money, for that is the root of all evil. Please help us pay off all of our debt. Please give us the money and resources to pay off all of our debt. Don’t let us get involved with dishonest gain regarding money, finances, or anything. Don’t let us pursue dishonest gain. Give us wisdom on how to make money the right way and multiply what we have. Please keep our lives free from the love of money. Let us be content with what we have. 

When we are blessed financially, let us be a blessing to others. Please help us to be generous and give to people experiencing poverty, orphans, and widows. Let us help them and take care of them. Don’t let us build wealth on this earth; let us build up our treasure in heaven, for that will last forever. Don’t let us pierce ourselves with many griefs to gain money. Please give us wealth with no sorrow, as your Word says. Don’t let us ever put our hope in wealth. Let us always put our hope in You because You richly provide us with everything that we need. Let us not just be wealthy, but let us be rich in good deeds.

Don’t let us be tight-fisted with people in need. Please bless us with wisdom and knowledge when it comes to money. Don’t let us fall for the deceitfulness of wealth. Let us honor you with our wealth and keep you first. Please keep us from poverty.
