Kerrington
Leaning over, he placed a series of kisses against my lips. “Thank you for loving me enough to want to fight for me.”
“You’re welcome,” I said as he kissed me again.
He ran his tongue along the corner of my mouth and caressed my bottom lip before sliding his tongue inside. Sighing into his mouth, I surrendered to the kiss as his tongue stroked mine. My eyes slid close as he deepened the kiss. My anger and frustration disappeared as my desire for him took over.
God, he tasted good.
Joshua’s touch always had this effect on me. Whenever he was near me, I was eager to make love to him.
“Kerrington.” Joshua groaned as he pulled his lips away from mine. “Why is it that whenever I’m near you, I only want to strip your clothes from your body and have my way with you?”
I smiled. “I don’t know. But I feel the same way about you. I want you to have your way with me. You can have me any place and any time you want.”
He stared at me with passion-lidded eyes as he traced a finger over my kiss-swollen lips.
“Okay. We’ll finish this when we get home.”
